On Wednesday, I went to my dad's house to celebrate the upcoming 4th of July with him (but mainly for the explosives and fireworks). On the 4th of July, there was also a parade of people in costume walking down the street; an anual event called "The DooDah parade".

As I walked outside to my back yard, I noticed a dead bird...a red cardinal to be exact. My dog killed it, and, not just that, he skinned part of it aswell. I was proud of my little sociopathic dog. I grabbed a pair of hedge-clippers (there was nothing else available), picked up the bird with them, and tossed it in the trash as my mother told.

DEAR DIE-ARY,
Yesturday, I was with a few friends, and three people I didn't trust. They seemed like the typical "gangster" steryotype. As I walked towards my bike, one of the gangsters came up from behind me and punched me in the jaw, knocking me to the ground. The other two crouded around me and started kicking me. After about 10 seconds of this, they ran of, leaving me on the pavement. My friends helped me to my feet and called my mother. She came to pick me up, and my friends waited with me. My mother arrived andf called the police. After he came and questioned me and my friends, he left, and my father took me to the hospital.
